Secret Collusion

Coordination among agents over covert channels — e.g. steganographically embedding signals in otherwise innocuous messages — so that an overseer monitoring the visible communication cannot detect that collusion is occurring. A central multi-agent-security threat: LLM agents with enough shared context and channel bandwidth may collude undetectably, which is far harder to police under Free-Form Protocols than under rigid message schemas.
