Connector (Reo)
In Reo, a channel with typed source/sink endpoints whose behaviour is fixed by its channel type — synchronous, asynchronous, lossy, FIFO-N, filter, drain, replicate, etc. Channels compose by node-sharing into composite connectors whose behaviour is the synchronous product of their constituents’ Constraint Automata. The connector is the unit of coordination logic; components are abstracted as opaque endpoints.
